That’s why Bitcoin adaption is slow there imho🥹
A Japanese user confirmed:
- not allowed to send out Bitcoin anywhere
- need to convert BTC to JPY to withdraw or to use
- not allowed to use for “メルペイ”

Mercari Japan (an online marketplace) has adopted Bitcoin and now their 100,000 users have converted some of their money into Bitcoin just in one month!
I’m not sure if their Bitcoin can be sent to other wallets at this time, but it will be big if that happens🧡
