Guns and bars.

Cool?

👀

And a rose throned about the sun.

Jesus is a badass.

Tokyo is convenient, but we cannot see traditional Japan. Kyoto is good, I think.

I have never been to Okinawa, so I don’t know…

Regardless of where the event is held, a large venue that can accommodate several hundred people is needed.

If it’s held in Kyoto, for example, I’d recommend Miyakomesse.

Kamakura 🤙🏻

have heard this a few times! good rec

My sister lived in JP for 6 years and on one visit, I arrived just before Thanksgiving and stayed through early December and the weather was beautiful, about 50-55 degrees F

somewhere we can surf 😉

I guess Chiba is nearby??

Hello.

I am a member of Diamond Hands, the largest Bitcoin & Lightning community in Japan.

https://www.diamondhandsnode.com/

I myself am nothing special, but the community is full of fascinating people. Each of us in the community runs a Lightning node to gain routing insights, and sometimes we talk about RGB and DLC.

Many of the DH members talk primarily on Telegram, but also look with interest at Nostr.

I feel that Nostr and Lightning have a great affinity. If you ever come to Japan, maybe a community member could be of some help.

Thank you very much.

thanks for reaching out! will certainly keep you in mind 🤙

You deserve a follow 🖖🏻

Yamanakako is where they've had the Mt. Fuji Jazz Fest. Any of the Five Lakes around Fuji.

Kyoto for traditional Japanese vibes. Osaka for big city party vibes. Hiroshima for some crazy history vibes. Okinawa for surf island vibes.

Traditional Japanese vibes > big city party vibes - you can get that anywhere!

🌊

Tokyo

Kyoto

Okinawa (but Northern part)

Depending on our priorities 😊 Would you like to keep the same vibe in nature? Or would you like to have more convenient situation for participants? I’m the only one this year 2023 as a Japanese native participant and was grateful for being a part of this by helping audio for #[3]

Being so near a nature seemed to be overwhelmingly positively reviewed !!

I have been suggesting Osaka for awhile with the hashtag #Nostraka

Will it be in Osaka!?

Hi yes sure. Tokyo is the best for access, convenience and so on but Kyoto is also recommended because you can feel historical Japan 😊

Kyoto ✨

ready the silkscreens 🫡

🤝⚡️

First thing I think of when I see Kyoto is Skrillex

She’s… she’s beautiful 🥹

Sorry I can’t be her.

I am Skrillex

This translation is really fuckin me up on multiple levels

Here for the psychopath smiley 🙂

自然豊かな場所なら奄美大島。都市部なら福岡市。

Depends on the scale.

Tokyo can get expensive very quickly.

Yokohama is usually a good choice for reasonably large conferences. Easy access from Tokyo too.

Kyoto and Sapporo are also good for large conferences as well as tourism.

京都に行くのなら、お隣の滋賀県もおすすめです。😃

京都より観光客が少ないし、神社仏閣も多いので、撮影するのであれば穴場かもしれません。

忍者の地(甲賀)もありますよ。

If you are going to Kyoto, I also recommend the neighboring prefecture of Shiga.😃

It is less touristy than Kyoto and has many shrines and temples, so it may be a good place to hole up if you want to take pictures.

There is also the land of the ninja (Koga).

I live in the countryside, and I don't have much idea about it, but in terms of transportation, I think it would be convenient to hold the event in the Tokyo area.

I think it will be held in October, right? If so, I would recommend a place with beautiful autumn leaves. I hear Kyoto is wonderful. However, those places seem to be extremely crowded.

A local countryside recommendation or two in a 🇯🇵 village perhaps with mountains, an onsen, a river would be amazing 🙏

Then, near my area, Niseko might be a candidate. Sapporo is too big to be a village, but in the suburbs, it might be nice. And it's more convenient.

Reach out to Steve Sakanashi at Sekai Creator. They have an outstanding space and very well connected. https://sekaicreator.org/home

fuji-san is great. If in autumn, the maple leaves will turn red.

Fall in Kyushu is the best!!

- it's the agricultural basket of Japan, with amazing season offerings

- hot springs (onsen)

- beautiful national parks

- easy access through FUK Fukuoka International Airport

If I had to pick a spot: Jufuin

Cool! Try to be there and share my final art work. Started the road towards japan with a daily drawing
