A mouth rinse too if you are gum disease or cavity prone.

You guys, enjoy every minute with your kids. It goes by in the blink of an eye.My youngest, the baby of our family went from 10 years old to 26 in just 3 years 😭

Such a bittersweet pill for this mama’s heart.

nostr:npub1jt0x3vsnqtazzda3ewa8ykdch2t8k566qhrd9vyy0k0ntleu744q8h6q3n floss vs water pick? any advice between the two?

Waterpik is great if you have braces, a lot of crowns/bridges or spaces between your teeth where food gets trapped but it doesn’t replace floss. You need the string floss to get between the tooth and gums in the pocket to reduce the bacteria that causes inflammation and gum disease.

Me remembering my password on the first try:

It just wasn’t stressful. We usually dressed up and family members would come to the gate with you and wait until you took off. Or when you landed, friends/family were right there. The flight itself was usually nice too, visit with the pilot, pretty good food and you didn’t feel like cattle on a Greyhound bus.

I’m so old I can remember when commercial airline travel was enjoyable. I don’t mean the destination, but the actual going to the airport and flying.

Ha yes the food is phenomenal, but we mostly ate street food which didn’t seem to be very photogenic. For example this is the yummiest thing we ate our whole trip. It was an arepa where the woman dries and grinds fresh corn to make the dough and fills with beef eggs and cheese before frying. It tasted like a fresh filled Frito chip. We ate lots of arepas but this one was insanely good.

Nice. I can’t bring myself to delete it as I still use it to find vacation spots or sites to see in cities when we are on vacation as in the second pic (we still haven’t found that exact spot) but I find myself rarely using it now.

Sorry but Nostr is my Instagram now…..

Completely charmed by beautiful Cartagena.

If you don’t have a wet spot on your stomach when you are done, are your dishes even clean?

Sure but I think it’s stupid. There are male gynecologists and female urologists for goodness sake.

I guess it’s to make it seem like they are trying to be caring about the unnecessary intrusion.

My basic breakfast in Columbia this morning. It's always astonishing and alarming how food tastes so different outside the US—beef, coffee, bread, fruits, vegetables, and even mustard. I don’t think most Americans grasp how messed up our food supply is.

You are saying race, gender or sexual orientation does matter in that case? I guess it would to some. I don’t care as long as they are doing their job properly.

Hmm, what’s an example where those things matter and skill or experience does not?

Huh?

What is hard to understand? I don’t care if my surgeon or pilot is diverse only experienced and skilled.
