If the US continues it's proxy-war against Russia via Ukraine, I'm 100% sure Putin will order a tactical nuclear strike and turn Europe into a wasteland; a large scale attack on Russia's sovereignity will most likely result in the mass proliferation of tactical nuclear weapons.
