I started with yoga in 1996 as a curiosity. I thought it was the dumbest exercise i had ever done up to that point in time! But it was magnetic and I fell in love with its inclusive sense of self healing and I have never stopped practicing it. And yes I do it everyday and have since then, along with meditation.

Agree but if you prepare your mind with good habits you actually are preparing it for those big moments of emotional overload . Thats where meditation and yoga practices are important because they help you take control over your emotions so you navigate life easier. 😊
