Thanks. I am well versed in the carnivore diet. I used to follow Paul Saladino religiously and I had his book the Carnivore Code first edition. It does work but for some reason I went astray and couldn't get back to a pure carnivore diet. Speaking of women in carnivore diets, are you familiar with Amber O"Hearn, Kelly Hogan and Jordan Peterson's daughter? They all had great success with the carnivore diet. I wish I could figure out why my weight won't just steady out. It is curious 🤔

I am skeptical- but could see it. Lived in China for half a decade and most of what you see is a facade. There are absolutely millions of cameras covering every inch of public space- but the question is if they work/if the tech is actually there yet.

I was robbed in 2018. Police laughed and shrugged off my story until realizing that CCTV captured the ENTIRE interaction from the gang first making contact with me up until taking my money and kicking me to the curb.

They had detailed images of the perpetrators faces. Absolutely nothing came out of the investigation. I see a few possible scenarios:

1. Police were paid off and working with this organized crime syndicate

2. The surveillance tech China brags about absolutely sucks (though it certainly could have improved after 6 years)

3. Police don’t care about helping foreigners.

Either way… privacy is going to be all but dead everywhere on earth.

I'm considering converting about 1/3 of our retirement funds over to a BTC ETF with Fidelity.

In general, my thoughts are the money needs to stay within the IRA now, but I'd rather have it in a fund that tracks w/ BTC. Currently just about everything I own in retirement(403b) is in USD backed Mutual funds. (I have a BTC Roth IRA) but can only grow that by the limits allowed each year.

This will diversify my assets somewhat, which I see as a plus, and will tie more of my money to BTC.

What are your thoughts/opinions?
