Lass das mal sacken.
Immobilien werden so nicht nach ihrem Wert als Wohnraum gehandelt, sondern darüber hinaus als Wertanlage und Spekulationsobjekt. Während die Langlebigkeit und Qualität fiatgemäss sinkt.
So kostet heute neues Haus 20x mehr als 1971, die Löhne sind aber höchstens ums fünffache gestiegen. Während das ersparte in Fiatwährung über 90% seines Werts verloren hat.
Deswegen heisst es hartes Geld fix this.
