What is the reason there is so little conflict and negativity here on nostr?

Maybe because this place is a beacon of freedom, populated by freedom lovers? And having love of freedom in common makes other differences a bit unimportant?

At the same time, freedom is increasingly being painted as extremely dangerous by media and governments.

Maybe freedom is actually conflict limiting? Uniting us, rather than dividing us…

By growing in users the environment will be more toxic, the only way to keep nostr usable is to prevent that an algo leads to see contents that triggers. Over and over again. A social platform lives on your wrath, trigger, fury and prejudice. They are here to ruin the sovereign individual, they are here to prevent you from giving a fuck about your nation, religion, sexual appetites and behaviour. A social platform is not a social platform. A social platform is a bar where you get a beer and talk about tje fuck you want with friends and ppl. Let nostr be a fucking bartender.
