Actually, you can connect with only one of your node as long as connected in the same network (LAN or WLAN). It will save your storage and bandwidth. You don't have two connect and running two different node. But, no problem at all if you insist running two nodes 😅

Did you use Amethyst from Playstore? Currently, the latest version in PlayStore is 0.16.2 . You need Amethyst 0.17.1 for custom zap.
Yes, using bitcoin core default setting seems resulting similar estimation result like mempool.space . What i mean is in this context that your own hosted mempool.space using patched bitcoin core will be give more inacurate estimation mainly due to not having any ordinal transation. Inacurate estimation relative to 'popular tools '.
