I can see this note comes from nostr.wine and nos.lol . Maybe you can enable broadcast=true in your filter.nostr.wine settings
wss://filter.nostr.wine/REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_NPUB?broadcast=true
It will help broadcast your notes to many other relays, so your notes can easily to be seen :)

He/she is Japanese. Using Amethyst, i can see the translations and they are quite normal content. I'm also checking his/her follows and followers thus i concluded that he/she is normal users not a bot.
Are you sure they are all Chinese? Maybe you can mention the noteId here to check

Ah, yes, it will gives error like this if we access using web browser or regular https request using curl. Because, it will only accept websocket connection.
Using websocat, i can see it will connected normally. Amethyst will also shows the error using "loop feedback" icon if there are connection issue.

Two free public relay that probably a bit safer (lesser spam than other free public relay) are nostr.mom and nos.lol . They have some spam filter (nostr.mom has more strict spam filter). New users seems come from both of them usually. I've enabled them for global feed π
And also we need to lurk more on global feed to help new users. They are confused with a lot of things π
