For a personal relay basically nothing. I have been running one for a week and the db is at 268K for personal use.
Its just text record of your events, for your own personal activity you it will probably take quite a while to use up a significant amount of disc space.

Yes exactly. The fees are low until they aren't. They do the submarine swaps behind the scenes and you get dinged for them later. You can argue it it the price of convenience, but it isn't very transparent and I don't like that.
The other thing is they have a proprietary backup which is highly annoying. Why not just BIP-39?
Normally I would find a MOTD pop up annoying but there is something kind of endearing about the messages on NostrGram. They aren't just a boring change log, they are written more like a friend excited to tell me about whats new (c.c. #[0])

My four year old learned using it, but I am not crazy about their approach to lightning.
She is five now and I am going to get her using Zeus, she can navigate it pretty well, but I haven't perfected custodial lightning accounts with my node yet.

Zaps are like a week old, there are only three clients that I know of that support zaps.
Amethyst, Snort and Damus.
The other thing is, the receiver has to be able to receive NIP-57 and not everyone has that set up properly.
The main thing that sucks about the current Amethyst implementation is that it is 1000 sats hard-coded (c.c. #[2])
Other than that it is by far the best Android client for nostr. It isn't even close. There is no second best.
