If you have time listen to the 9 part Michael Saylor series on the “what is money?” podcast. Great overview on the current thesis of bitcoin imo.
Sometimes I feel crazy with how invested I am into the bitcoin ethos. Trying to convince others or imagine a hyperbitcoinized world makes my brain hurt with intense hope, belief and questions. I’ve spent thousands of hours learning about btc and it doesn’t disappear. I try to question myself to make sure I’m not being captured by just another ideology. But I think it’s too late. I’m dying on this hill. Does anyone else feel this way?

I wonder if that is a natural progression of any large network, where people feel like they can’t be heard and are competing for attention and how Nostr can create small communities within a large network, which we all hope it grows to be.
What is the proper etiquette of sending and receiving zaps? Is it simply a like, it feels like more than that even though the amounts are less than nominal at this point. I feel like I owe some back every time. I think that feeling is a good feeling but trying to figure out how micro payments evolve human online interaction. It just feels different #asknostr
