Bitcoin may currently be a store of value, but it's meant to be a peer to peer payment network.
Bitcoin does not need to ossify. It needs work. Not random half hazard work of course but it does need improvements. Yes layer 2 is great...and yes the base layer still needs work. They are not mutually exclusive.

Why be mad at Saylor tho? Makes more sense to be upset with Ark if it's true, but even if it is true Ark has no obligation to donate money to them. No one has that obligation. Some of us do becsuse we want too and plenty more will.
This just seems like another round of Bitcoiners getting wound up over nothing to me.
I like Saylor and think he has brought huge amounts of attention to the space and no I dont agree with all hist takes, but he us for sure a net positive in my book.
