I can see that it went to the note above & I also received a notification in telegram from the lightning tip bot (the first was my test).
I didn't get any nostr notification to say who sent it though. I was sort of expecting that. 🤷
I think I've finally managed to link zaps to my npub.
I'm hoping I'll receive nostr notifications & see which note it was related to.
I was thinking more along the lines of KYC free sats, incidental heating/drying and/or education/knowledge.
I'm not much of an altruist.
I think you need to factor in the non economic benefits into mining decisions too.
It's a pretty personnel decision.

We all need power. I think mining with your excess power is logical. I think building a PV array exclusively to mine with solar isn't.

It took me much longer to do the base image than it did to animate it ironically.

I try not to judge & when I do, I ask myself 'what is it about them that I don't like in myself?'
