Turns out that a lot of US legislation is available in semantically marked up XML, and while it’s typically used to produce PDF and paper, most browsers can style it just fine with CSS. https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/PLAW-118publ2/uslm/PLAW-118publ2.xml

I gave up trying to explain to normal people why, when we interchange documents, the names of the files I send back to them never have any spaces in them.
