In many ways I've completely disconnected from my former fiat life.

My former colleagues & professional connections have largely forgotten about me. They've moved on & so have I. This has happened before when I've shifted careers or physical locations & that's OK. I try not to get too attached to anyone or anything.

I've always been drawn to the autists & neurally divergent people. These are also the individuals that are more able see Bitcoin.

Every time I meet Bitcoiners in meatspace, a small part of me wonders if my former life will collide with my Bitcoin life.

It's come close but theses 2 worlds have never made contact. I both look forward to & dread the day when they inevitably do.

Am I the only one that has these thoughts/feelings?

Fiat man says his house will be nominally worth more than Bitcoin by 2030 and makes a $25k bet that Bitcoin will have a daily close below $5k before the next halving.

Who would announce beforehand that they are going to buy that level of #btc? Especially one of the most influential people in the planet. That's a red flag.

Also, why not just do it and announce that you've done it? Seems to be more about the announcement than the actual buying of BTC. Another red flag imo.

Wish I knew the full truth about what or who he really is.
