Great interview with Vivek and Alex Jones
Just Trust wallet at a bitcoin ATM, holding there and trying to spend with it
I can't pay most of my bills with bitcoin. Once its pretty convenient, then I would switch over. Till then...
I know this is mainly a bitcoin social media platform, but I must say when deciding on cash or plastic for real life transactions:
1. Cash is private. With plastic you are likely raped data-selling-wise
2. No one can "turn off your cash". There are no freezes on your wallet
3. You can take your cash where ever you go with no complications - no foreign transaction fees, etc
4. Cash works with no internet, no power, bank holidays and other extreme situations
5. You are supporting a society where privacy is the default, people control their money directly, no third party between you and the seller
6. You are not paying the banks, credit cards, etc., fees. All the money goes to the seller
Obviously you are still subject to inflation, etc., but until we get more mainstream adoption in the US, cash is my preference
Just how to make Nostr mainstream quicker
This stuff happens so often in history it should be boring to those who know their history
Brave browser works for me
One thing that strikes me is that most people that I've interacted with in the US think that religion and science are opposite.
Really?!
So Science (Praise the holy "Science") has disproven God?
I didn't see that study - maybe I missed it.
If you do an honest broad overview of the FACTS of life, irrefutable facts like gravity, supply and demand, and other principles that are provable by the common man or seen as almost certainly true with the evidence available (like Earth being round) I think it's likely you would conclude that there is more evidence of God and the spiritual part of life than there is opposing it.
You could almost think of Science as being an opposing "religion" to the major world religions with most people in the US being taught "Science" in school similar to how Christianity was taught in most schools decades ago
I've been reading Creature from Jekyll Island and I've been thinking about the "too big to fail" banks. I've concluded that that is a load of crap.
If I said my small business was "too big to fail", I would be ignored.
It's clearly a cover story for the ignorant masses
Does anyone know of some citizen militia group in the US that is prepared to get forcibly fire everyone in the federal government if things get too bad here?
I usually find my life goes better when I ignore the daily propaganda ("news") and talk to my friends and family to see whats going on
