Does anyone know a service that reliably makes these codes? I also tried nostr:npub1h2qfjpnxau9k7ja9qkf50043xfpfy8j5v60xsqryef64y44puwnq28w8ch ... but in this case I also don't see where these codes could be made..... this is the standard that is used for lightning gift cards, right?

I have the ability to "unmute user".. which suggests I have already muted him, yet he is still showing up in my feed. Is that expected behavior or not expected behavior?
