I use Phoenix. I receive zaps to wos and ill move to Phoenix. On Phoenix if you are sending it sats on-chain they gonna get you on the swap all the time. So send idk 700k sats to Phoenix then send back idk 650k now you have in and out space on Phoenix just don't send on-chain lol
The trick is to open one big channel and move most of it back to cold storage
