Good morning nostr, and happy monday. This year is just about over, and we will see what the new year brings. All we can do is keep working toward the betterment of self, family, and community. I encourage everyone to seek out like-minded folks around you. A few years back we attended a freedom/homesteading event, and from that one event we made lasting friendships with 2 couples. We go over to each others houses, text each other, and we just enjoy our friendships and discuss animals, gardening, politics, whatever. These friends are what i call "the family we choose". I'm so glad we have such friends, and just yesterday we had a visit from some nostriches, who stopped to say hi, and i hope to see them again. I want more of this in my life.
