During last month flood in Italy, a man lost his life, trapped into his own high-tec smart home.

Water damaged the electrical system that did not allow the windows to open.

This poor guy was killed by his own house.

It is extremely sad, but he gave up his sovreignty over his own house and paid the ultimate price.

May he rest in peace, hoping nobody else would follow his example.
