Obtainium is a projects aggregators directly from the source, that allows to install, remove or check for updates, import and export lists of projects.
Right now reviews are not available, but it is a beta, so probably they will be added (maybe with nostr verification?).

I think also using it in practice is an important aspect, for example with opengpg, omemo on xmpp(gajim is a good client to use it and see it). But in my case I lack the knowledge of theory parts and protocols.
