This has got to be one of the best ads I've seen ๐คฃ
Money printing should be illegal. If trade is the exchange of *goods and services, money represents and abstracts that exchange. Holding money represents means having rendered services and delivered goods. Printing money is a lie that one has done good for another. It is forgery and must be banned.
The sky high taxation is an illusion that we are paying for their expenditure, but they are actually reaching into our current and future pockets and those of our children and directly robbing those who work for and hold dollars by printing more of them. It is theft in the grandest sense.
Ditch the dollar. It is their *only* power.

I guess! I think the client experience would be better in a PWA. Maybe I'll try it...
Almost. You can get CSS out of it, but it doesn't give you HTML. I think almost everything is a floating element, so you can't make a responsive website out of it. I do know it uses WASM, though, which makes it (relatively) blazing fast as compared to other similar web-apps.
I think you'll run into encoding errors. I looked into this briefly too. A MySQL database is often utf-8, which means each character that doesn't fit into it gets escaped and then occupies extra space. Then there's recall. You need a way to unescape before you process it back into a big int.
I did make a Rust arbitrary size integer number converter and encoder a few months ago. It uses any sequence of the ascii characters you give it as a key, or you specify a size to it up to 256 and it uses the characters in-order.
โHumour has become a central weapon of extremist movements to subvert open societies and to lower the threshold towards violence.โ - European Commission, 2021

Humor is literally the opposite. It's a unique trait among humans, and the point is to diffuse, not elevate situations. Subverting expectations gives pause and lowers the level of agitation.
Maybe this is 4D chess and they're making fools of themselves for that reason! ... Nah... too smart for the global elites.
I just need to start. I come from LAMP stack and WordPress, so the JS-based stacks are just a little green for me, but I'm getting there.
Just wait until hour 40 or so and you break it. Such a cool feeling when the digestive system kicks in again, and it feels like you've accomplished something.
I do a 40-hour fast before Easter over Good Friday. This was year two, and I think it's going to be a permanent tradition for me.
If nostr:npub1h50pnxqw9jg7dhr906fvy4mze2yzawf895jhnc3p7qmljdugm6gsrurqev and I started a podcast, we'd probably call it "In and Out with D and V" or "Getting Dirty with D and V" or something completely different.
I vote "something completely different" is a good title.
If man use big word but can't use small word, man small brain. If small word make big word sound dumb, big word is dumb and mask small brain.
People would need Bitcoin still because it is freedom tech, and tyrants can still freeze the bank accounts of their enemies if they so wish.
Whoa! Okay, I'll be looking into this.
I suspect there will be many new ways to fetch notes in the future (p2p overlay networks), etc. nip01 just defining the packet is good.
I picture nips branching out as a tree. Maybe there is a root node that defines social networking nips, that specifies the outbox model as the way to fetch notes for that class of applications.
So in that sense I agree with nostr:npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c if this is what he means, but there will be other root nodes for other application domains with different ways of routing notes.
This is genius. I've been thinking about various other applications that wouldn't operate well on the network as-is. I'm thinking beyond "social media protocol" and into "decentralized and distributed (platform-less) cross-application persistent identity, media storage and retrieval, and information security". Replace and tear down gatekeeping for MLS (real estate for those not familiar), for community governance (more secure and psudonymized voting, likely with a different npub), for commercial networking and markets with tiered profile structures, etc.
Having the option to branch the protocol to specialize into other applications that would simply not work well on a social-first paradigm would make these other ideas actually feasible.
Another reason I think this is the future is because AI is taking over so many spaces, but AI can't fake digital signatures, and the signing paradigm of Nostr is a shield against it.
True, it's not an L3, because it doesn't handle or modify txs, but it does coordinate and interact with L2 in LN. Forgive my ignorance, but does it play nice with Cashu mints? I wouldn't know how nut zapping would work if everyone's zap addresses are LN, not Cashu wallets.
Loving the gameboy/starwars/cyberpunk look! ... I want one
It's all about love, that the responsibility for it is proportional to proximity and power, and that is not limited to personal but also professional and public life.
Life is about love, and God is Love Itself. He manifested Himself in the Person of Jesus and gave Himself for you. That's the story the Bible tells, but it's a big book to get through if you go cover to cover.
Because of its many authors, it's hard to see that's what's been written, so I'd recommend starting with the gospels (first four books of the New Testament), and read some of the epistles before going through the Old Testament.
One of the greatest points on which I meditate is the two greatest commandments (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew%2022%3A36-40&version=NRSVUE) to love God and love neighbor. That's what business is, what money is meant for, and why I believe money is in essence information about that goodwill exchange. It indicates that Bitcoin truly is the better money because it is 100% honest, whereas fiat lies about it, seeing as printing money is a forgery in the record of the good we have done to and for one another.
Oh! I just thought of an amazing application for Chaumian mints yesterday!
So the tokens are anonymous by definition, and one cannot know from whom a token has come solely by the token, and they can be transferred once and redeemed by the recipient.
Votes.
Secure, digital voting that is fully anonymous, secure, and cryptographically provable, etc. The ballot booths would issue the tokens to registered voters, the tokens being created and wrapped encrypted envelopes only the respective voters can unwrap. Voters will the send their tokens wrapped in an encrypted envelope to the selectee, who will "cash them in" for provable polls. Counting would be done basically instantaneously. For issue voting, the conditions could have their own respective tokens (Boolean or multiple options), and the voter broadcasts their selected token to multiple polls to mitigate the chance of censorship.
