When you give up substances that stimulate your being in a way that controls you instead of you controlling yourself, it's time to let go of those substances. In addition, you become more and more sensitive and start to build dynamic energy from within. This is one reason why I don't even smoke plants or drink caffeine... I prefer sober conversations with other people. It's much more authentic and profound because it doesn't come from being freed from inhibitions thanks to substances... it comes from the desire to share profound things and that has to do with courage.
