THE SEASON OF LETTING GO

And so begins the season of letting go,

when Mother Nature shows us all,

how it’s done.

Let go,

free yourself,

shake it off,

drop it,

give way for the new.

Create space for new thoughts, new ideas,

new adventures and new connections,

by shedding the dead weight you’ve been carrying around,

for so long.

And whilst you are there, being reborn and renewed,

let go of old anxieties too.

Let go of any doubts, fears or beliefs which no longer serve you well.

Release bitterness or past hurts which feast on your beauty.

Be brave,

Don’t fear the nakedness as your leaves slip away.

Mother Nature doesn’t,

Endings don't require drama or toxic behaviors. You can end something because it's not what you want, it doesn't fit where you're going, you're tired of trying to make it work, your needs have changed, or you can no longer accept what is happening. You don't have to wait for a major offense to let things go. It's okay to bow out gracefully.

They will thank you for letting them go and for making them realize they are worth of something so much better, that there is someone out there who is willing to do everything for them. They will look into your eyes with no feelings for you at all.

One day, when you see them, you will feel like you’ve been stabbed in your heart a millions times for giving up on them. And when that day comes, no matter what you do, no matter what you say to them, it will not make sense because they were already done spending years of their life trying to make you love them as they loved you. But you didn’t 💔
