Since the system of Bitcoin is a powerful emotional, social, personal, and economic set of incentives, people who ensconce themselves in Bitcoin often transform into improved versions of themselves. As Saifedean Ammous testifies.
I like that uptick in found blocks at the end.
Elon is a thousand times more competent than X's previous owner.
Guilty until proven innocent is atrocity.
Pursue autonomy in service of meaning in all things.
- Note to self
The intensity of this tectonic shift has yet to be realized by all of humanity.
Like a tsunami caused earthquake yet to hit shore.
True.
Weeeeellllllllll done!
Awww! You wrote me a love letter! Okay, we can get a cat.
In an energy sense, that's true. But not in a personal sense.
But perhaps a more important question is, who actually cares about equal outcomes when no person wants the exact same outcomes?
I hope North Korea tries to hack Bitcoin, especially Satoshi's wallet.
Waste of time, but please try!
Jesus dad is God. God is composed of three person's, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. They operate as one God, three persons.
Inequality of outcomes is the nature of reality.
It depends on the core values of your personality and identity type.
For some people, yes, discipline is their freedom.
But for others, freedom is their discipline.
The two are not the same, but either way they need a desired outcome to aim at, i.e., a vision.
Without a vision, there is little reason to focus on a desired outcome that doesn't exist.
Without desire there is no meaningful discipline.
Discipline without a vision is a prison.
Natural, God given rights exist objectively, like the constants of physics so I don't in some sense need to "take them" as if from another person, and they don't need to be "given" to me as if the permission of other people is a prerequisite to using rights.
I simply recognize my rights, as every man can, and assert them verbally and/or physically if necessary. Assertion seems like aggression, but where aggression is forward or outward facing, intending to control or damage others in some sense, assertion is the implementation of personal power at a particular boundary that stops other people from violating that boundary, or right.
For instance, by using Bitcoin I'm in principle not taking it or having someone give it to me, since I don't need to ask anyone's permission to access it. By asserting in some sense my right to permissionless money, Bitcoin, I'm simply acknowledging what exists and asserting my right to use it. Other people or governments can try to stop me or try to require that I ask their permission to use Bitcoin, but I will continue to assert my right.
Your assertion is in essence the same as when satan tempted Jesus and is from the same source.
Thank you.
If the point is something like extreme decentralization and personal power maximization and truth and freedom maximalization, you may be right.
🚀 Announcing HAMSTR: NOSTR Over Ham Radio! 🚀
Take your NOSTR experience fully off-grid with HAMSTR - enabling decentralized communication through amateur radio. Now your NOSTR posts can travel through the airwaves! 📡
What started out as a simple, fun off-grid and camping project has morphed into an entirely different beast that is now geared towards the future of NOSTR, decentralization, and continuing the fight for censorship resistant communications and money.
Key features:
Full NOSTR functionality (post, reply, boost, search)
Works with any KISS-compatible TNC
Optimized for 300-600 baud operation
Following & Global feed support
Lightning address support ⚡
Secure key storage
⚠️ Current ALPHA supports single client-server setup (one user at a time). Future updates will bring:
Multi-user access control
Decentralized authentication
Global 24/7 server(s) access (ie: winlink) over HF radio
ZAP Support using NWC
FLDIGI support
Reticulum network integration
Perfect for:
Off-grid communication
Emergency preparedness
Decentralization advocates
Ham Radio enthusiasts
Current Requirements:
Amateur radio license
HF/VHF transceiver
KISS-compatible TNC
Python 3.7+ & Node.js 16+
Ready to try it? Check out the repo:
https://github.com/LibertyFarmer/hamstr
This is an FOSS project and just the initial ALPHA release - experienced ham radio operators welcome to test and contribute! While this is not hard to install and use, it is not for the weary or untechnical. But any hams with modern data experience should do just fine.
Lots of work to do still. Many features and improvements planned. There will be bugs no doubt.
Questions? Hit me up on NOSTR!
