Reality-based feminist. I will generally accept "follow" requests from most Spinsters if they have a reasonable posting history. I am more lukewarm on other instances; no hard feelings intended. Gender Heretics, Glindr, and similar instances are welcome, however. I’m trying to watch Cut the Bull without Shemeka, but my heart’s not in me.

Everyone can help keep cash alive! You might still occasionally buy something online, if you need something unique that you can’t get in your local area. Nonetheless, everyone can get in the habit of having cash on hand for use in grocery stores, restaurants, and other local businesses. It’s a very quick habit to form. Believe me, I’ve tried things like dieting, keeping my home clutter free, etc. Learning to keep cash on hand is the easiest thing I’ve ever done.

And every Democratic member of Congress, every Democratic governor, and the President and Vice President, believe this man is a woman and, as such, should have access to all female-only spaces, from restrooms to prisons.

Exactly. Requirements of political conformity never end well, even if, first, they come for the tasteless meme likers.

Jeanette Cooper’s ex-husband married a woman who helped socially gender queerify Jeannette’s daughter. There was no medical damage; the girl is just some kind of nonbinary now. However, the couple severely alienated the girl from her Mom.

That kid’s mother is giving us all a bad name. I have always believed that mothers should be primary decision makers for their children, but this woman surely does make us look like shit.

The meme he “liked” is possibly the stupidest thing I have ever seen, but this is part of a pattern. Political conformity is being required of anyone who would like to have a job.

The interesting thing is that Trump isn’t exactly the most extreme Republican candidate possible, on actual issues. I don’t remember him talking about getting rid of Social Security or Medicare, he’s suggested some degree of moderation on abortion (and I 100% doubt he gives a shit), and he gave a good little speech after the Pulse nightclub shooting about gay rights. It’s just his personality that seems extreme.

As for the Democrats, I would like to know what the Hell they are smoking. I attribute it all to Pharma, but who knows what all is at play.

It’s almost unbelievable that it’s going to be Biden vs. Trump again. It was bad enough in 2020, but now, the same terrible choice, warmed over? That is what it will be, though. Republican voters want Trump and the DNC wants Biden (or any similar corpse), so that’s what they’ll each have.

Because he seems like an honest person, and he isn’t afraid to go against Dems on Covid and vaccines. They’re very similar issues, really. It seems to me that giving experimental Covid vaccines to kids who don’t really need them is similar to giving experimental secondary sex characteristic-altering treatments to kids (who couldn’t possibly need them). The latter is worse, really, but they’re in the same category.

Does it seem normal for a candidate who has extensively examined the pharmaceutical industry in relation to vaccines, Covid, and related issues for more than a decade to have nothing at all to say about pharma and transgenderism?

I can’t quite get over it. I’m talking about RFK, Jr., of course. I know he said we could have sports, but he also said he supports “LGBQT” and he refused to speak with Moms for Liberty, seemingly for this reason. In fact, he seems almost clueless about the whole issue.

Is it really possible to be clueless having spent this long looking at the problems with Big Pharma?

A lot of leftist men hate us so much. They think it’s women’s job to serve the leftist cause, and if we don’t, they hate us more than they would hate a man with similar views.

When both white men and white women voted for Trump (white men in greater numbers), they were quick to gripe about what white women had done. (The men doing the griping were white, too.)

A male leftist acquaintance of mine wanted to use the movie “Bombshell” (about sexual harassment and abuse at Fox News) to make Fox News look bad while still also blaming the female employees who were victims of the abuse, because they “knew what they were getting” when they agreed to work for Fox News. In other words, Fox News was somehow bad for doing what was not actually wrong, because the women deserved it.

I hate this, because everything an insurance company pays for, basically other policy holders are paying for. I hope there are companies that don’t cover this sort of thing, at least to provide an option for people who don’t just want to hand over money for crap like this.

Unfortunately, if you click through to the British Rowing site, all the standard gender industry language is used. Women are referred to as having been “assigned female at birth,” which is particularly ridiculous given that the fetus was the exact same sex the day before.

Nonetheless, the end result is a the desired one.

A lot of progressive news outlets are deadnaming X, without thinking of the pain it will cause.

The issue has been a hot topic of debate in the country since a tabloid newspaper published a story claiming that a well-known business tycoon - who had several wives and mistresses - had a row with one of his spouses, prompting him to request paternity tests that reportedly said he was the biological father of only 15 of his 25 children.

The tycoon and his family have never commented publicly, and the report has not been independently verified.

But the story spread like wildfire and has caused huge controversy over the last few months, prompting some lawmakers to make an emotional appeal to men to stop putting their families and children through the trauma of tests.

“Let’s live like our forefathers lived. The child born in the house is your child,” Minister of Mineral Development Sarah Opendi said in parliament. Although she qualified her statement by adding that if a man wanted a paternity test it should be done when a child is born - not when they are grown up.

This is interesting. I guess it shows how distant fathers are from children (and the children’s mothers) in polygamous situations. I haven’t met any men in nuclear families who believe they might not be the fathers of their wives’ children, though I’m sure a few exist. It would be a particularly bad situation, though, not one of, “Oh, let’s just check, just in case, because i read an article about a man who was fooled.”

Wow, I believed that picture (about the Dad being arrested for throwing a party) before I read the article! I guess it could be worse, if something like that is so far from the truth that Jordanians easily see it as satire. The cybercrime bill does sound bad though – and almost identical to what American politicians are trying to do.
