Thank you, i am feeling great and i am on day 10 right now. I had a pretty clean diet the last 10 years already (no processed food, no sugar, no grains, little alcohol, but too much caffeine). I had one day of diarrhea but that was it. Maybe it will come - i will see.
To me it appears the sensitivity of my body increased a lot. With the viruses its really strange, in his book he referers to them several times, also refers to some dude who built a optical microscope which had such a high resolution that you could see viruses live. Gets my brain into cognitive dissonance :) I am waiting for an answer from him.

Ana, o problema era comigo. Eu estava usando uma VPN com IP bloqueado pelo host das imagens.
Troquei o servidor da VPN e consegui vê-las normalmente.
