This morning when I woke up, the temperature was 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Felt like 39 degrees.

With the sun finally breaking through the clouds, it's finally warmed up to feel like it's 41 degrees.

I expected to see/hear Caspian Terns, Great Egrets, Eastern Kingbirds, Killdeer, Double-crested Cormorants, and Cedar Waxwings at the international wildlife refuge.

A Red-headed Woodpecker preening in a dead tree was a nice surprise at the refuge.
