#strategy #mstr has completed their $2B Debt offering and purchased an additional 20,356 #bitcoin for $97,514 average price.

This brings their total to 499,096 Bitcoin on the balance sheet.

#saylor #mstr #strategy just announced a $2B Convertible Notes offering to buy more #bitcoin.

This number is often upsized so we will see how much they end up purchasing!

Saylor announce a #bitcoin buy of $742.4M in Bitcoin from proceeds of the Preferred Shares as well as some ATM issuance.

This adds 7,633 BTC to the #strategy treasury for a new total of 478,740 Bitcoin. .5M is within STRKing distance

Alright that was a long week off without a #microstategy (now #strategy) BTC purchase.

Michael Saylor has signaled another buy last week.

We will see how much tomorrow, but I think we can count on at least $560M.

No green dot announcement from Saylor today. Could indicate a pause on #Bitcoin buying/ATM ahead of earnings.

Not to worry the preferred shares will settle this week and fully anticipating a CB offering after earnings. Big buy announce jn a week likely.

#Microstrategy released the pricing and total raised through their first preferred shares offering.

The preferred share will be priced at $80 with an $8 annual dividend.

They were oversubscribed on the offering, going from $250M to $584M.

After fees we are looking a at a #bitcoin smash buy of around $563M once settled on Wednesday 02/05/25.

Another (accretive) way for Microstrategy to keep accumulating.

#MicroStrategy has acquired 10,107 BTC for ~$1.1 billion at ~$105,596 per bitcoin and has achieved BTC Yield of 2.90% YTD 2025. As of 1/26/2025, they hodl 471,107 #bitcoin .

Today #michaelsaylor announced MicroStrategy has acquired an additional 11,000 #BTC for $1.1B.

This brings their total HODL to 461,000 Bitcoin. They have a #btc yield YTD of 1.69%. NICE!

BTC/Fully Diluted Shares is now .00161513

Diluted Shares/1BTC = 541.4

I’m wondering this as well. I never personally trusted the guy but would have felt a bit better if he at least kept his promise on Ross. There was little ambiguity there.
