Disagree. It's not about expectations, it's about #grownostr Got to give ppl that extra dopamine boost for joining the best social platform of all time. It increases the chances of them sticking around, telling their friends, learning what zaps are and zapping ppl back. It's an #investment in the platform that will improve its quality in the end.

I did NOT want to exercise today! 😭 Or meditate for that matter. But I decided to go with the "Something is better than nothing" approach: skip meditation and do the exercise.

Today was abs/back and cardio day:

30 min treadmill jog @ 3.0mph

Crunch w Lateral Flexion 10 rep

Swiss Ball Crunch 15 rep

Bicycle 15 rep

Supermans 12 rep

All 2 sets each

Had some difficulty w the swiss ball. Air pump came apart & quit working after I re-assembled it bc I didn't notice that the rubber part fell out. As a result of this I found out that my swiss ball was a bit too big for me and ordered a new one. But I did figure out how to fix the pump, re-inflated my existing ball and used it today. Yey.

They got cyber attacked (probably by butthurt American state hackers). Might have something to do with it.

Become a morning person. Here's how:

================================

So, becoming a morning person is kinda possible. You can re_set your circadian rhythms. I used to wake up around 10:00am naturally & go to ned late. Now I wake up around 5-6am without an alarm (occasionally earlier like 4 or something). Here's how I did it:

1. Dihyenhydramine HCL 50mg (aka Bennedryl aka ZZZ Quil) (available over the counter)

2. Melatonin 5mg chewable ot fast- dissolve tablets (available over the counter)

3. Took Dihyenhydramine's recommended dose (on the bottle) at around 5 or 6pm (no later than 7:30 pm) (yes, that early. It takes about an hour or more for it to kick in)

4. Went to ned around 7pm (yes that early) amd took 1 (max 2) pills of melatonin right as I was going to bed.

5. Woke up naturally between 4 and 5am the next morning.

6. Followed the above regimen between 4 and 6 days to re-set my schedule. After that I quit taking the above substances.

7. Continued going to ned early.

8. Due to the issues of falling asleep that I have in the winter time, the schedule naturally shifted from 4-5 wake time to 5-6 wake time. When it shifts a bit too much for my liking I do the sleeping med regimen again.

Result: yey! I done did it! I became a morning person! And all without using an alarm clock and letting my body wake up naturally when it wanted to.

*Disclaimer: * The above is NOT medical advice and I'm not a medical professional, I'm just describing the stuff that worked for me. Anyone with half a brain will know to ask their doctor before taking any medications (over the counter or otherwise)

Enjoy!! πŸ’–

I thought I already joined this group and posted here? I'm so confused!!! πŸ˜–

Great art everyone!

It's a Chinese high-end AI that is open source, unlike the high end US AIs like ChatGPT & Claude.

No. I like to delight more ppl. Shit adds up. Zap lots.

US: tries to sabotage China's AI development efforts by limiting GPU exports.

China: Tanks Nvidia stock by releasing a banger model it trained for pennies on the dollar

There are lots of reasons to care. And if people don't talk about things then no one learns. I don't think drugs should be violently prohibited, but I would also generally recommend against doing them.

I talk about avoiding sugar, veg oils, grains & grain products because I like to see people get healthy & thrive. When it comes up I caution people against birth control. In addition to increasing the risk of cancer, we know it disrupts unconscious mate selection mechanisms, and I have also personally seen it make calm & rational females into irrational & emotionally volatile ones. I think screwing with people's hormones is far more dangerous than most want to admit, especially in ways that conflict rather than align with our natural biological programming. A lot of common body modifications also cause serious problems which are rarely discussed, breast implant sickness for example. Trying to play God with complex systems tends to cause problems.

The problems associated with all of the above are pretty solid proof that these things are quite literally self destructive whether anyone recognizes them as such or not. And that's all relatively mild when compared to the puberty blockers or chemical castration drugs & genital mutilation being advocated by & for "trans" people. I do not think you can help people by promoting self destruction. And the fact that so many commit suicide seems like further proof that self destruction is the path most are on.

I would like to live in a culture that doesn't socially reward people for doing self destructive things. I would like to live in a culture that builds people up & helps them to be as happy & healthy as they can be.

What are your qualifications for giving out medical advice?
