Those specs are overkill for NT 3.1. “Minimum system requirements on x86 systems include a 25 MHz 80386 processor, at least 12 megabytes of memory, 75 megabytes of hard drive space, and a VGA graphics card.”
Gitea is absurdly underrated. It runs a single binary with support for being an OauthV2 provider and a container registry besides providing a github like interface. It does it while keeping a 100-200MBs memory footprint for a personal instance.
I think for that to happen the phone itself must become irrelevant. Perhaps web assembly applications becoming better and more performant than local app.s This would make wathever OS or hardware running inconsequential.
Fish eye lens seems to be easier with daylight scenarios. Model bias I guess.
