nostr:npub1nxxg5vlw8utexkga2fshg5n3t749srlc3u7am34gqfuetw27l9hs6mwsjl There's a #SubFeist design if I've ever seen one!
Hmmm....

Anyway, stay tuned for more from me about design patents, "counterfeiting," "theft," and more....
Honestly, I don't usually read the front matter. This one just didn't give me the option to jump straight to the beginning.
nostr:npub1q6hz76a8n3243wzy8zyx4xmv0jgd08pep68sh27c68pyspansadqxqqaeg For me, the ads were so annoying they made me not want to use the app. So that's why I subscribed.
Hey nostr:npub1a6jczr4lerfx5zqklesx2tpkwpnjsppjnaa4uluwx5zx2pv6flvqz0ld3p, seen any fun new utility patents lately? 😊

nostr:npub1ewd3n9fw5rlknr8fyet45e3nehqx7su4z0k08uas40c9ejyznfpqasxgwr To be clear, I do this every semester. But last spring, when I taught Tuesday/Thursday and the first day of classes was an actual Tuesday but with the school running a Monday schedule....next level
Clerk's office said these documents were under seal, surmises that the plaintiff read the last part of the order (saying the court would unseal everything after they filed) as permission to file these new things temporarily under seal. That seems odd to me but okay.

Question for my fellow #LawProfs: When you send a paper out for comments, what types of comments do you find most (and least) helpful to receive?
Happy Sunday! #bloomscrollling

I was able to download ECF 80 but, in it, Sterne still refers to its client by a pseudonym.

As a reminder, the court ordered the plaintiff to file its amended complaint "in the public record."
ECF 75: "ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to seal is DENIED. On or before August 11, 2023, plaintiff shall prepare and file an amended complaint identifying all parties and without redactions in the public record."
Today is the day when Sterne's supersecret #ScheduleA plaintiff has to file a new complaint revealing its identity:

Here's the docket:
Okay, so it looks like Sterne filed a new unredacted complaint. But PACER tells me I "do not have permission to view" it. 🤔

I'll go first: Currently reading "Murder Under a Red Moon" by Harini Nagendra. Listening to Daisy Jones & The Six. Looking for fun/light movie and TV recs.
Happy weekend! What are we reading, watching, and listening to for fun?
