Ratchet looks to work with ReactPHP. If so it looks possible to make an identical Nostr version. That would be awesome as it would benefit from many of the advantages of the protocol.

But even if you just consider these 3 tomorrow f.i. gists can change or require special access, which would make more suitable to publish the proof in other way.
