The greenhouse is finally planted out! Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and eggplants. A few peas and potatoes remain too.

The berries are beginning to be seen through the weeds. We had our first Play in the Garden evening with 12 friends coming to join in. It was such a pleasure to play with everyone.

And the kiwi is fruiting!!

Just got my old worm bin set up again. Feeding them spent mushroom substrate from a local mushroom farmer that brings all their spent blocks to our farm. It's great worm food!

Hey Jack I just recently set up a worm bin after listening to you talk about it alongside biochar. Just wondering if you have any issues or concerns with using shredded printer paper as bedding. I read somewhere not to use it because it has been bleached but it sends many people are using it without issue. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Yall know the greenhouse, biochar, coffee spot idea Jack has talked about a couple times ? I thought it would be cool to design and renovate our greenhouse by our pond to be a system designed around that idea. We'll have something cool to show a progression of over the #grownostr challenge. We are in a great spot close to lake Michigan with influx of tourists in the summer and have a cool farm to show off. The pond could be used to make huge wicking beds along with ducks and azola on the ouside of the green house we will probably grow greens and plants to sell inside with a place to sit.
