I like the vibe, but this is tautology. Before "institutions entered" all Bitcoin was retail. Institutions (and soon governments) have no where else to get it from except from retail.

Not really, I am in EU. I pay extra 15% health "insurance" (tax) to government fromy income.
And if I actually need some serious health care I have to go to private hospital and pay extra anyway because waiting times in public hospitals are several months! (You need MRI scan? Come end of April - real story from yesterday).
