Leave any ‘worry’ that will produce no result. In fact, when has worry actually ever produced a result, other than a negative impact on your body? If you are a “worry wart” then allow yourself a specific, limited time slot for worrying, then move on, and get into action on something!

Butternut Squash soup recipe:

Ingredients per 500g:

25g butter

1 large onion

Garlic, we like a lot

1/2 litre chicken stock

Pinch of allspice

1/2 litre milk

Bragg's nutritional yeast (to taste)

Salt/pepper (to taste)

Method:

Fry onion/garlic in butter

Add chicken stock

Pumpkin in oven face down till skin easily removed, remove skin

Cool all & blend in Vitamix till creamy

Back into pot, add 1/2 litre warm milk, allspice, nutritional yeast, salt/pepper, etc.

Heat gently

Add optionally another 10-15g butter

Serve with optional dollop sour cream

We make lots and we freeze the soup in double serves so we can easily thaw and have some garlic bread alongside for an easy after work meal.

Husband and I had a lovely Indian take out dinner with a glass of red. Watching the Test Cricket that I had recorded today. We were working so couldn't watch during day.

We're still watching now and decided to peek at the results. We're definitely watching this to the end now. A very exciting tail end of the game and we silenced the Barmy Army. 🤭🤣👏✨

If you look carefully, you can see the dragonfly appear a couple times. They often come to feed in the garden and fly quite close to, not bothered with my close proximity at all. 🧡✨

Dragonflies feed on a variety of insects, with adult dragonflies catching flying prey like mosquitoes, flies, and moths in mid-air. Dragonfly larvae, which live in water, consume aquatic insects, worms, and sometimes even small fish and tadpoles.
