I saw you already responded on X, but was hoping to connect my friend Drew with some of the community there! He’ll have a good chunk of Bitcoin policy on his website soon but he already endorsed the strategic reserve bill and such. He’s running in NV-3 Vegas suburbs

Every machine has cracks that others can exploit for the sake of freedom
I give props to the advocates, educators, and entrepreneurs pushing the democratic coalition (and the Harris campaign) for more clarity and emphasis of better policies on bitcoin (and its crypto offspring overall).
The return to principle is always important.
I likely won't change minds in progressive circles, but I sincerely wish the best for the rockstars for BTC. Orange coin good

thinking of future payments and fees, plus privacy.
Are you going to use a 1 bitcoin UXTO to pay for your groceries in the future?
I'd say 1 million plus.
I also built an open source tool to help people answer that question and understand how costly their UTXOs will be in future high fee rate environments.
Currently MacOS only but if you are interested you can download it here https://github.com/Jwyman328/LiveWallet/releases.
wow this is awesome! Great work
One of my favorite Bitcoin articles by economist Evan Soltas, from back in 2013.
He foresaw the consistent friction that would develop from Bitcoin's adoption in state institutions

What is the consensus on the BEST average UTXO size for long-term cold storage stacking?
0.5 million sats?
1 million sats?
2 million sats?
"When did it all go downhill for Austria?"
I, for one, am happy that ex-Catalonian President Puigdemont escaped
Is there’s a way we could do decentralized ID in a zero-knowledge proof kinda way, that’s the golden ticket
So tired of this bullshit

If u followed the recent EU bullshit, I have an article here to summarize it all
Intriguing
When it comes to Bitcoin policy, I do worry how much influence public miners have. Bitcoin advocacy is not about whether publicly listed miners can set up farms in rural America. It’s about whether ordinary people and Bitcoin developers can transact and ship code without government agents knocking down their door.
so excited to try this, but still bullish on ham radio (once you pass the dumb licensing)
I have all the hardware signing devices for this very reason. Still always experimenting. To be frank, the original (circa 2013) Trezor devices are still great, but the coldcard excels in the “off connected computer” category
Nicotine, in itself, is not harmful, but the addiction can be. Usually, I’d recommend tapering down to a low percent or switching to pouches
Listened to this unchained pod recently and they mentioned “bitcoin credit cards”.
You’re absolutely right, thought, that too many fiat services still deem credit cards and their credit capacity as a golden standard. Something to think about
