Bitcoin is a digital commodity and will eat into premium that other commodities command as a store of value. This will reprice existing commodities at a lower rate that makes life more affordable for the average consumer. The lower the input energy costs, the lower raw material procurement and production costs, the cheaper life gets for all people over time. Even those that don’t save in it will eventually feel the positive externalities too strong too ignore and themselves, begin to consume a regular amount of the commodity.
The book Fiat Fiat food by Matthew Lysiak was a letdown that put ideology > economics.

Bitcoin lets me not worry so much about the future. That feeling, is worth more than the current market price.
Anyone can have their wealth confiscated. Bitcoin protects it. 
Bitcoin is the telescope of finance. It lets us see further into the future, think further into the future and plan further into the future.
Shrinkflation is a hidden tax where less energy is offered for the same price. Your dollar is worth less energy because it buys you less energy.
