Exercise is severely overrated and diet is severely underrated.
Many of us have gone through phases of trying to outrun/outlift a carb-filled diet, and all have reached the same conclusion:
You can't.
Diet is the base layer of health.
Cut the junk (carbs/sugar) and jack up your red meat consumption to as close to 100% of total food intake as possible.
THEN hit the gym.
It'll be much easier since you'll have more consistent energy, faster weight loss, and boosted muscle growth thanks to your body's preferred state of ketosis! πͺπ₯©

Red meat is the only food on earth humans can eat exclusively for their entire life, and thrive without any outside supplementation.
Plant-based eaters on the other hand, must manage a shelf full of (bio-unavailable) pills if they want to at least get a piece of every essential nutrient, or else watch their health gradually deteriorate throughout their lives.
Maybe we should stop trying to outsmart nature by eating deficient foods and juggling gelatin capsule things...and just eat what we're designed to? π€
