Reposts and zaps are true value exchange…and have a real cost: your reputation or money.

Likes are superficial and exist only to inform an algorithm.

Relevance algorithms have their place, but they are best informed by a truly costly action.

Might scrap the popup and just do this:

I'm about to dive into the code that should greatly improve the efficiency and performance of both the Following and *especially* the Friends+ feed. My goal is to allow Friends+ to load notes from a graph of up to 10,000 connections rather than the current limit of 2,000. I think I can do it.

Will report back when I have something to show.

Why can’t I zap a post multiple times in Damus? After I zap it once, I try to zap it again and it does nothing. I’ve tried on more than one post.
