Lately, my afternoons have been tough. For ten continuous years, I took Clonazepam in various doses. I finally managed to quit the medication a few days ago. My mind goes through severe ups and downs, especially in the afternoons. Various traumatic past events tend to resurface suddenly. I manage to cope. I feel very tired, but there's also a sense of relief. The relief comes from knowing that I am no longer dependent on any medication, which gives me a wonderful feeling of liberty. It's beautiful.
