I just updated my BTCPay so perhaps that was it. I don't see it as a Zap though, just an incoming LN payment.

Yeah that's what I mean, you zapping everyone else works cause it's all custodial on their side.
Mines ran through BTCPay on a node at home which is likely the issue. Unclear why I can pay from my Phoenix to my LN Address and you can't though!
