Yes, I've been using it as my daily driver since it got updated to focal on my Oneplus 5T. It will depend on how good your device is supported though. You can even run most Android apps with Waydroid (Android container), but I rarely feel the need to use that.
Android is definitely better than iOS in that regard, but nothing beats running a fully freedom respecting OS like Ubuntu Touch for example.
Nvm, fixing some bugs that came up. Will be out when I think it's ready
New update for NoStrut will be out this weeend, now you can finally like notes and see the amount of replies a note has.
Yes, it is actually a surprisingly viable mobile operating system if you do not want to give any more data to Google or Apple. And I think Nostr is great fit for that, as I see people on here probably care about privacy / moving away from big tech.
For gaming kde wayland is the best, very fluid. Just make sure to pick a distro that ships a recent plasma version.
I may be slightly biased here but I heard NoStrut is pretty good of you're on Ubuntu Touch π
It works fine for me on Arch with Proton Experimental, so no excuse there. Played for about 4h already, performance felt not too bad either.
You can already daily drive a linux phone. Take a look at Ubuntu Touch, I am using it right now to write this reply using my own nostr client π
How do you go on a walk virtually? Or are these just meetups?
Top right is fine, it doesn't really fit into the other categories at the bottom
