For what it’s worth (hormonal issues are different, obvs) I’m in roughly the same boat. To bed at 9ish pm and up by 4am (typically the latest). I’ve tried pushing bedtime back and then I keep waking up early and am zonked. So, I’ve tried to settle into it as my new cycle/ritual. I make 4-6am “my time”, which is typically where I workout and, occasionally, get some work/planning done. Then the rest of the day is cat has catch can. Not sure if any of that is helpful. It’s interesting to observe this triad (BTC / AUD / CAD). As the exchange rate of #BTC to the Australian dollar (AUD) peaks clearly above $100,000 AUD, the exchange rate of BTC to the Canadian dollar is hovering at $94,000 CAD. This spread on the exchange rate isn’t unusual, as the CAD has had about a 1-10 cent advantage of the AUD for most of the past two decades, with a few very short periods of parity or slight AUD advantage. It will be interesting to watch this over the months and years ahead though, with BTC exchange rate as a lens.
Canada and Australia are both economies with highly financialized housing markets and many socio-economic similarities. As #Bitcoin adoption continues to increase over the coming months and years, and as BTC further displaces other asset classes (housing, gold, collectibles, bonds and equities) as stores of value, it will be interesting to see whether the BTC/AUD and BTC/CAD will remain comparatively range bound or whether we’ll see any divergences.
This triad may provide interesting opportunities to gauge the relative impact of Canadian and Australian fiscal and monetary policy, as well as other public policy directions over the months and years ahead.

The beautiful thing about #Bitcoin is that it no longer matters who Satoshi Nakamoto is or was. Bitcoin is now the world’s largest, decentralized, open-source computing network and financial system — one that cannot be controlled by any person, government or other third party. If we were to ultimately find out who Satoshi is/was it would be scarcely more material now than if we found out who was the first person to create fire or play chess. All of these are now open-source gifts to humanity, subject to the overwhelming consensus of a massive, decentralized user base. So, watch this HBO flick if you must, but then get on with the task of harnessing Bitcoin #BTC in service of building a better world.
