The sending wallet can be any lightning wallet. Only the receiving wallet needs support for sending a payment receipt to nostr. I see you zapped him so it worked fine.⚡⚡
A zap is on note level and is registered in nostr against the note. This means everyone can see that you zapped the note. A tip can be anonymous.
