ตั้งแต่ครอบครัวผมลองเปลี่ยนจาก Fullน้ำมันพืชขวดใส มาเป็น 90%น้ำมันหมู มาประมาณ1ปี จากที่แม่ของผมจะเป็นคนน้ำมูกไหลและจามบ่อยมากเกือบทุกวัน ยาลดน้ำมูกแทบจะเป็นยาประจำตัวของแม่ จนตอนนี้น้อยลงจนแทบจะไม่มี

และช่วงก่อนหน้าผมมักจะมีอาการคัดจมูกบ่อยและรุนแรงขนาดที่ว่าหายใจทางจมูกไม่ได้จนคิดว่าเป็นเรื่องปรกติทั้งที่มันไม่ปรกติ

แต่ตอนนี้ผมแทบจะหาย100% ถึงจะมีก็นานมากจะมาซักครั้งหนึ่ง และมาในความรุนแรงแค่เสี้ยวเดียวจากอาการคัดจมูกตอนก่อนจะมาใช้น้ำมันหมู

อาจฟันธงไม่ได้เรื่องที่ว่าแม่และผมหายจากอาการภูมิแพ้มาจากการเปลี่ยนมาใช้น้ำมันหมู แต่มันคงเป็นหนึ่งในปัจจัยที่ทำให้สุขภาพของแม่และผมเบนเข้าสู่สภาวะปรกติมากขึ้น

It took me a little while to get into Donnie Darko, but I think it definitely ranks up there as one of the great cult films of the early 2000s. The plane crash scene probably doomed its theatrical release, and it managed to fly under my radar for 23 years. It’s a wild surrealist take on 80s high school misfit life, exploring mental illness, time travel, and multidimensionality, wrapped in an awesome soundtrack.

Anyway, thanks for the recommendations tonight. Now I need to figure out what I’m watching tomorrow.

Thought of something today…

People like to compare Bluesky and Nostr because they are built around a similar idea. But it’s claimed Bluesky has more users, a few million apparently. But Nostr supposedly only has 100k or so active users.

Yet today I went searching for real world events and groups around each. What did I find?

Couldn’t find a single event about Bluesky.

Yet the first search found numerous conferences, meetups, and other gatherings for #Nostr

I think this is actually a decent litmus for telling the difference between an app with some users, and a movement. One is cheap, the other lasts.

#Nostr is a movement. We aren’t going anywhere. 🫡
