again this is all LSP (Lightening Service Provider) but if you run your own LND (some apps let you connect to your own instance of LND or CLI etc..) the fees are only onchain when you initially open channel/s but one must manage channels themselves for liquidly inbound/outbound etc...
So probably wos was not kyced their users and were forced to do so and so they just cut service, my guess.

А просто использовать нужен функционал , как правильно пользоваться стонволом, стоувэй итд… как послать биток в стиралку(whirlpool), посмикч сторона кошелька и как к нему допуск? Вообщем такого на русском просто нету, я так понимаю?
