I am lucky and currently mostly using free and open services to host these things but will soon likely have to upgrade due to demand as well as when aboutnostr.com officially launches. It is also a lot of work doing it, but I enjoy it which is why I do it anyway.

The banks are required by the Swiss financial regulator to collect this information from the customers. So technically, it is a Swiss form. But it is obvious that the Swiss regulators did not think of this themselves. I guess someone gently asked for it.

Not sure if my friends in the USA are aware of the fact that citizen of other countries (Switzerland, in my example) need to fill out forms like this when dealing with banks and Bitcoin services. Imagine we all had to do this for each country. Of course, we don't. What do you think when you see this form? Yes, me, too: Switzerland is not independent.
