It's generally safer to assume what we say and do has a larger affect on people than we realize, as opposed to believe what our actions have no impact.
Often we don't realize how much we Influence others for good or for bad, living in the mindset that we are changing the world by our actions, allows us to be more conscious about them thus often making better ones.
I find mine changing a lot, most reliable is Nostr.build I'd say, but recently they have been having hosting issues I think π€
